The SIGBuilt™ family of super-insulated products are being designed to function in an integrated fashion. Developers and home builders that commit to the family of products will realize substantial energy savings while delivering homes that are fire safe, quiet and mold-resistant. Each system component is engineered to integrate efficiently, and most effectively. As an alternative construction methodology, SIGBuilt components are designed and engineered to deliver super insulated structural performance to entire structures - both residential and commercial.

The SIG system is designed for easy assembly and requires minimal skills to assemble. We believe this will be an advantage to developers because they can produce homes more quickly than with traditional stick-frame structures. Part of our strategy is to partner where practical and to offer assembly/construction training - thus generating more trained workers capable of earning within the building trades.

Presently SIGWall exists in the form of the prototype Green Energy Brick. The changes in store for that product as SIGBT reaches stride in the U.S. market are a refined material recipe and advanced manufacturing methodologies that will drive unit costs into direct competition with conventional construction.
