Super Insulated Green Building Technologies, LLC has licensed patented designs and engineering for a super-insulated building system developed and patented by T3Energy. The company is known in Australia largely by it's key component, trade name Green Energy Brick. The inventor and designer of the Green Energy Brick, Paul Curtis, is enthusiastically working with SIGBT to evolve this proven technology into a more cost-effective, energy saving, mass-producible system of products here in the United States.
More than 45 homes have been built in Australia using the original design specifications and components manufactured by a contractor using prototype production processes. They are performing very well in a mix of developer and homeowner-built houses.
As Super Insulated Green Building Technologies migrates this prior technology to the U.S. market we are already engineering updated versions of the component products. Producing component units in the most cost effective way with high levels of energy saving insulation will be key to our success in the United States. Manufacturing processes will be automated where effective and employees will acquire skills in advanced manufacturing, processes and tools, including Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM).
